level, this class is EXACTLY for you! We do not teach a series of steps
but rather muscle movement. Therefore, this class is suited for everyone.
Q- Is This Class For Larger Women?
A- This class is simply perfect for women of all
sizes! Because Belly Dance has so many advantages, you can easily accelerate
at your own pace and feel confident in doing so.
Q- What if I Can’t Keep Up?
A- At an introductory level, Belly Dance is considered
a low-impact aerobic exercise. You are always in control and decide at
what pace you progress.
Q- How Do I Know If I Have The Right Look?
A- There is no specific look for Belly Dance. Belly
Dancers come in a variety of shapes, sizes and backgrounds. This is a
great opportunity to express yourself and indulge in your imagination
